RONALD JOHNSON
CEO, Delano Consulting
Ronald Johnson is Chief Executive Officer of Delano Consulting. Delano Consulting partners with and consults with small and medium-sized organizations offering insights, services, and expertise to help them get started, grow, and expand.
Ronald got his start with a Fortune 500 corporation and led their National Service Division to being profitable for the first time in over 25 years. This is where Ronald realized that his talents were best suited in the area of service based industries.

Ronald served as Director at Greater Richmond ARC (SOAR 365), where he created and built the Program and Consumer Services Division, and through leadership and outreach, grew and oversaw the service plans of over 400 clients. He has also grown the business of several other organizations, by over 200% through improving their Operations, Human Resources, Compliance, and Administrative functions during this time.
Throughout Ronald's career he began seeing a common problem, particularly in the mental health field, of organizations having vision and sometime even structure but lacking the business and administrative tools to support, maintain, and achieve growth. Ronald established Delano Consulting in 2017 where he has helped organizations improve their administrative and operational processes in order cut costs and achieve growth. Most recently, he helped an organization increase their revenue by 2.5 Million dollars in the 2022 fiscal year. Currently he is helping several organizations relocate and reorganize for the future economic climate.
Ronald graduated from Cornell University in 1999, with a Bachelors in Sociology and later earned his MBA in 2007.
